beauty of the sea

After 10 hours of hard work and concentration, I finally finished my art mock exam. The exam only allows 10 hours to complete your chosen final piece! luckily i just managed to finish this in time my final piece is inspiration from the two artists i chose to research (Minako Ota and Daniel Richter) Minako Ota has done a few paintings of sea-life very realistically, so the sea horse is inspired by her. Daniel Richter does fantasy like art and uses lots of vibrant and creative colors, so the wings and tail are inspired by him. The theme, my class was asked to do, was 'The Coral Reef'. (that's another reason why i chose a seahorse!)
